Meditation

 

There are many forms of meditation that will bring

you to the relaxed state, which is centering.

This is a very basic one, if anyone know of a better way e-mail me.

 

Here's how you meditate

1. Sit down with the soles of your feet together or sit "Indian style"

2. Start breathing, be your breath, in it, feel it; it sounds weird but it works

3. Everytime you breath, count it; don't anticipate the next or remember the one before

4. After counting to ten you should be totaly relaxed, and in a state of meditation
